We’re sorry to see you go! If you’d like to cancel your subscription, please fill out the form below. One of our team members will be in touch within 24–48 hours to discuss your request and answer any questions you may have.
What to Expect
Submit the Cancellation Form
Provide your name, email address, and the reason you’re requesting cancellation.
If you have multiple subscriptions or memberships (for example, an online course or access package), please let us know which specific plan(s) you wish to cancel.
Confirmation from Our Team
After you submit your request, a member of our Customer Success team will reach out by email or phone to confirm your cancellation details.
They may ask a few follow-up questions to ensure we process your cancellation correctly and to see if there’s anything we can do to improve your experience.
Finalizing Your Cancellation
Once we confirm the details, we’ll process the cancellation on our end. You’ll receive a confirmation email outlining any next steps (for example, refund eligibility or final access dates).
If you have an active billing cycle, we’ll let you know how that final payment is handled and when your access will officially end.
