Hi, Here is the case I have.  67 yo female with knee replacement.  Started on CJC/Ipamorelin 2 weeks before surgery and BPC/T4  twice a day three days before surgery.  Of course, couldn’t be on it for the 36 hours at the hospital.  Back on everything at home.  Has a husband who is a pulmonary cripple, and can hardly help with anything.  Two days post surgery, at home, has poorly controlled pain.  Oxycodone, Neurontin, Celebrex and Acetaminophen all at max doses.  Usual ice and elevation.

My intervention:  Increase the BPC/T4 to 0.25 cc four times a day.

This is a simple bread and butter question.  How do you increase efficacy of the peptides and augment pain control in the short term?  She buys on on the long term, but an immediate win would help!

Would KPV injections SQ around the area of pain be beneficial?

I did this for my 83 y/o male patient s/p L1 compression fx with good pain relief.  I also added an injection of BPC and CJC/Ipamorelin SQ 5x/week

    Siobhan,

What is your pharmacy source for KPV?

@jewhitme-com How did this patient do? I see tons of patients like this. We typically offer cryo denervation of the sensory nerves of the knee capsule with Iovera. I have seen people breeze through their postop knee rehab this way on 0 narcotics, but it does require a clinic procedure. Did you find you could control postop pain with a peptide regimen?
