How do I get my practice added to the SSRP Provider Listings map?

You can submit your practice information at any time for review. You can find this page in My Account.

Provider Listings are published only when both requirements are current: an active Plus or Pro subscription and an active, up-to-date SSRP certification. If either requirement is not active at the time of submission, we will retain your details, but the listing will remain inactive and will not appear on the public map until your subscription and certification are current.
