    Hello forum!!

My question is whether anyone has clinical experience with oral BPC speeding up this type of injury (and what treatment length course/dose would be recommended)? I have a hard time extrapolating the rat data to humans, lol.

Also, is there a go- around to injecting around the injured site if the patient is in a cast?

    Thank you,

    Berna DeMalignon MD

    Hi Berna,

You can inject BPC in the thigh if you can’t reach site. For acute injury 25 units TID or the oral is 500 mg TID (I believe-I only use sq). I did that for 6 weeks then dropped to 25 units BID for another 6 weeks.

I would also use TB4 50 units BID. If you can add TA1 50 units BID and CJC/IPA TID or just the IPA.  I also used GHK-Cu 20 units qd.
