  One of my CIRS patients who is doing really well with her CIRS has developed moderate, endometriosis She is already on TA1 and VIP.

  Any recommendations for peptides?

  Hi Flip! Always tough cases! Keep having to work on immunomodulation. Would add semaglutude and melanotan to the mix.  Keep me posted.

  Thanks for the reply. My patient just called me to let me know that she is pregnant, probably 4.5 weeks.

  She is also one of my CIRS patients who has been well controlled lately on VIP and TA1. I think that VIP should be ok in pregnancy but what about TA1?

  We never did get rid of her Marcons. She has been on long term EDTA.

  EDTA?
