What about doses of 200mcg.
Many pharmacies are telling patients and providers that 200mcg daily will not desensitize the receptors.
I’ve always followed Dr Seeds’ recommendations from years ago. Has the data changed?
Recommendations are still the same. 100mcg 1-4 times daily depending on the desired outcome. We don’t worry about desensitization necessarily with higher doses like 2-300mcg its just that the saturation dose is around 100mcg or 1mcg/kg and anything more normally doesn’t provide that much extra benefit.
Nightly dosing: anti-aging, sleep, recovery, bone mineral density.
BID dosing: fat loss
TID dosing: enhanced fat loss and anabolism
QID: Recovery, increased healing injury, IGF-1.(must be separated by at least 3 hours) Add BPC BID 300mcg
I see the best results for body composition with multiple dosing per day. I do go up to 200mcg at bedtime if that’s their only dose for the day for patients just using as an overall anti-aging strategy.
