    Hello fellow SSRP friends!

For those who do PRP/PRF/PG, what system do you prefer (i.e. manufacturer for the platelet collection devices and setup)?  Also, when you do these, what concentration/volume do you typically inject into the joint or perineurally?  For exosomes (Kimera), how many mLs are you using of XoGlo or XoGlo Pro?   Thank you!

    Amanda,

I find that the Kimera XoGlo Pro is more clinically effective.  For large joints, e.g., hips, knees, shoulders, I inject 1 ml.  For smaller joints, e.g., elbows, wrists, I inject 0.5 ml.

Following the exosome injection with AOD+HA 1.0 ml, BPC-157 0.15 ml and TB4 0.15 ml enhances their therapeutic effectiveness long term.

Good evening, @drmitchmdmindspring-com. You have such a vast wealth of knowledge. Appreciate all of your information and help. I just want to clarify. After the intra-articular injections, are you administering the AOD+HA, TB4 and BPC immediately after injecting the exosomes, in the same session, or are you having them come back in the near future for a second injection? The reason I ask is I usually keep my ceiling dosing for the smaller joints, such as the elbow at around 1 to 1.5 ml.  Thank you.

    Patrick,

The peptides are delivered into the joint after the exosomes are instilled.  The total volume of the injections are adjusted according to the size of the joint being treated.
