  During the Jackson Hole Summit, there was discussion of EBV reactivation as a contributor to long Covid.  I’ve seen articles describing spironolactone as more effective than acyclovir or other agents.  But I can’t find any mentions of human dosing other than a vague suggestion of starting with 25mg.  Anyone have experience with this?
