  I have a patient on and off Cabergoline with stable Prolactinoma. Levels are WNL and have been stable, any thoughts on starting CJC/Ipamorelin- just close weekly monitoring? or would you consider this a contraindication with the anterior pituitary stimulation? She did tolerate Semaglutide well without changes.
