Does anyone have a protocol they have used for a patient with progressive MS? (Pt is on Ocrevus)

    #32819

For progressive MS, I strongly recommend the following:

    Constitutional Classical Homeopathic Medical Therapy

ProdromeNeuro 4 gelcaps every morning with food

ProdromeGlia+PC 2 tablespoons every evening with food

    Astaxanthol 3 capsules BID

    Acetyl-L-Carnitine 1,500 mg BID

    N-Acetyl-Cysteine 1,500 mg BID

    R-Lipoic Acid 300 mg BID

    Better-B (methylated B Complex) 3 capsules BID

    Ubiquinol-QH 200 mg daily

Chelated Magnesium complex 500 mg daily

Buffered vitamin C 2,000 mg daily

Tai Chi Chuan and Qi Gong exercises daily

    Daily meditation and prayer

    God bless, DrM

    Also, give the following peptides:

    BPC-157 500 mcg po BID

    Thymulin 0.25 ml SQ BID

    ARA-290 0.5 ml daily for 6-8 weeks

Consider Cerebrolysin and Dihexa as indicated

Dr. Fleisher- do you think that the peptide Thymulin would be better than Thymosin-Beta-4? Also, I estimate this protocol to be approx $1000/month. Would you continue this indefinitely? Have you seen significant improvements in your patients with this protocol?
    Thanks again,

    Christin

In my clinical experience, Thymulin is more effective than TB4 in MS.

I re-evaluate the therapeutic effects of the regimen after 4 months and  make changes as indicated.
