  Hi,

   

  I  have heard Dr. Yurth talk on Pentosan a few times, for some reason I have not found the dosing she typically likes to use. Would she mind sharing how she typically doses people, and how often?

  Also, is it always done IM?

  I use 30 unit twice weekly from NuBioAge. Double check with them.

  Also wondering if this is something you have patients come in to the clinic to inject or order to their house to inject themselves, SQ or IM, and dosing of this of OA of knees/hips? Also, any patient you would not use this in (outside of maculopathy)?
