  Any suggestions for treating Bartonella in an otherwise healthy 31 yo female. She has had multiple courses of natural supplements, antibodies still elevated. Symptoms-fatigue, headaches. Never had antibiotics. Healthy lifestyle.

  The Bartonella antibodies and PCR will remain elevated for months to years after symptoms subside from appropriate treatment.  Though brain fog may persist for years.
