I have a patient who presented with 3 years history of idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis, that was treated with high dose steroids and then switched to Mycophenolate. Still symptomatic but not progressing by CT imaging per his pulmonologist. He is looking for a different approach.

I have started him on Ta-1, Tb-4 and BPC-157 injectables. Not sure how effective they will be on the background of immunosuppression.

Working on his GUT issues with herbs and oral BPC.

Was considering FOXO4-DRI but could not find a pharmacy that has it.

Also thinking about Dasatinib/quercetin, as well as GLP-1 and possibly a secretagogue. Concerned with overloading him with meds.

    Any suggestion appreciated.

    Thank you,
