Peptide World Congress 2026 (PWC26) will be held at the Arizona Biltmore Hotel in Phoenix, AZ. The main event will take place June 19-20, 2026.

Yes, we have a group room rate at two hotels, the event venue - the Arizone Biltmore - and an offsite option, The Camby. Upon registering for the event, you will receive an email with a unique link to book your hotel and provide additional registration details.

We have secured a special rate of $239 plus tax plus a discounted $25 resort fee + historic preservation fund charge of $11 per room, per night at the Arizona Biltmore. Please plan on arriving into Phoenix on Thursday, June 18, 2026 and depart on Sunday, June 21, 2026 at your leisure.

Yes, our Virtual Summit option will showcase the entire Main Stage lineup for those who cannot attend in-person.

The PWC Virtual Summit is built for clinicians who want the peer engagement of the event weekend—but cannot step away from their practice. Rather than passive, on-demand viewing, the Virtual Summit provides scheduled, protected learning time with live participation, real-time Q&A, and structured discussion alongside fellow SSRP Members.

Select sessions are followed by dedicated Q&A with presenters, addressing the most clinically relevant questions. Hosted just weeks after the in-person event, the Virtual Summit delivers a digital experience unlike a standard livestream —professionally produced, academically grounded, and fully supported by the SSRP Team to ensure a seamless learning experience.

Yes! All PWC26 registrants (Live and Virtual) get the Digital onDemand recordings once they are published (24 days after the live event).

You will be provided the option to opt-in for additional seminars and upgrades when filling out your pre-event survey. This survey is sent out after you have purchased your initial in-person registration for the event.This list includes:

Thursday: Business lecture and networking seminar (while supplies last)

Friday - Saturday: Meal Pass upgrade (Please Note: all registrations include an OTG lunch)

Friday: Networking "with the Stars" Reception, with special guests Maksim Chmerkovskiy and Peta Murgatroyd.

Sunday: Grand Rounds with SSRP Faculty (extremely limited, while supplies last)

We suggest arriving on either Thursday, June 18th.

If you plan on upgrading your registration to include the Business lecture and networking seminar, which takes place Thursday afternoon, then we recommend you arrive a day earlier (Wednesday, June 17th).

The main event will take place on Friday and Saturday, June 19-20. All breakout sessions included with in-person registration will be on Saturday.

Departures will primarily take place on Sunday, June 21st, although some may need to leave on Saturday night. 

If you plan on upgrading your registration to include the Grand Rounds add-on session, which takes place Sunday, then we recommend you depart a day later (Monday, June 22nd).

Registrants are able to request a refund until 11:59 PM EST on May 26, 2026. After this date, no refunds will be processed. Any sale will be final.

Additionally, any upgrade purchase is final and is not eligible for refund regardless of date purchased. (example: Meal Pass, Add-on session, etc)

The SSRP Institute does not oversee or influence hotel policies, including reservation terms, cancellations, or potential refunds and credits. All arrangements, and any flexibility granted, are handled directly between you and the hotel.

We realize life happens. If you are a live attendee and at the last minute are unable to attend the event in-person, please remember that you will have complimentary access to both the Virtual Summit and Digital onDemand materials.

Yes! Registrants are eligible for AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™. The maximum number of credits will be released closer to the event. To claim credits, you must select the add-on option at checkout or at any point thereafter.

Both days’ academic sessions will begin at approximately 8:00 AM and sessions will run until 5:00 PM with lunch and refreshment breaks intermittently. These times are approximate and subject to change.

Attendees can take advantage of a heavily-discounted group room rate at the Four Seasons Hotel Westlake Village. The group rate is $465 per night plus all applicable taxes and fees.

A team member will be able to assist you Monday – Friday 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM (PST) or Saturday/Sunday from 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (PST). Once the room block is full or the discounted rates have expired, the reservation agents will offer the best available rates at the time of your booking. This discounted block in on a first-com-first-serve basis, pending availability.

We limit attendance to SSRP Masterminds to ensure a more intimate experience, registration is limited from Mastermind to Mastermind depending on the size of the venue. Once we reach the maximum occupancy, we cannot add any additional seats, so registration is limited.

Yes! You can pre-order the digital on-demand version. This is NOT a livestream. This is a pre-order for lifetime access to the professionally edited recordings of the event sessions, slides, notes, and more. Recordings are typically available 4-6 weeks after conclusion of the live event. In-person attendees will automatically receive all these same inclusions.

There are no refunds for SSRP Cellular Medicine Masterminds. All sales are final. Should you no longer be able to make the event in-person, no action is required. In-person attendees will automatically receive all of the same materials (recordings, slides, etc) that digital registrants do.
