Where are you sourcing 5 amino 1MQ wholesale?  Is this from a compounding pharm.

    Good morning everyone.

Following up on this questions, as it has been unanswered in this thread:

How long does the patient have to take off after using 5 AMINO 1MQ  for 90 days, before restarting?

The timing and cycling of 5-Amino-1MQ is highly individual, depending on the patient’s goals, metabolic health, and response. While taking a break after a 90-day cycle is typically recommended, the approach I’ve found most effective for myself and clients involves using 5-Amino-1MQ on training days only and switching to 1-MNA on non-training days. This method not only ensures that the body maintains sensitivity to both compounds but also takes advantage of their complementary benefits.

5-Amino-1MQ primarily focuses on inhibiting nicotinamide N-methyltransferase (NNMT), which enhances cellular metabolism and promotes fat loss by improving energy expenditure. Its effects align well with the increased metabolic demand of training days, making it ideal for boosting performance and recovery.

On non-training days, 1-MNA serves as a powerful complement. Unlike 5-Amino-1MQ, 1-MNA is known for its anti-inflammatory and endothelial-supporting properties. It helps improve vascular health by reducing inflammation in blood vessels and promoting nitric oxide bioavailability, which enhances endothelial function. This supports recovery and overall cardiovascular health, making it a great tool to balance the intense metabolic demands of training days.

Additionally, every night I take 400 mg of apigenin about an hour before bed. This compound is highly effective at downregulating CD38, an enzyme that depletes NAD+ levels. By inhibiting CD38, apigenin helps preserve NAD+ stores, supporting mitochondrial function and overall cellular health. Beyond that, apigenin has numerous benefits for sleep and inflammation, particularly in the brain. It acts as a natural anxiolytic by modulating GABA receptors, promoting relaxation and deeper sleep. Its anti-inflammatory properties also reduce neuroinflammation, protecting the brain from oxidative stress and supporting cognitive health.

This combination—5-Amino-1MQ on training days, 1-MNA on non-training days, and apigenin nightly—creates a well-rounded approach to optimizing metabolism, recovery, and overall health while ensuring the body remains responsive to the interventions over time.
