Any suggestions on treatment of a 20 y.o. female with pustular acne. She has been on Minocycline for a year, topical tretinoin, azelaic acid, soil-based probiotics, omega-3, multivitamins with high dose of Vitamin A. Also uses red-light mask. Staying on low carb diet. Does not want to use Accutane or BCP. Has seen by a homeopath for 6 months with no success.

SIBO is negative.
