    Have a patient whose allergic rhinitis is becoming severe. I have never used T A1, and do not know the conversion dose for Thymulin, the pharmacy company has sent a 3 mg vial with the suggestion of 0.33 or 33 units daily and I feel like this is probably under dosed. Could anyone give me a true dosage ??
