    Hi Everyone,

A 58 year old woman just got in touch with me about her burning mouth syndrome, which she has had for 6 years.  I am confident about helping her with that.  However, she was just diagnosed with ALS in July this year.  What is the best place to refer her for ALS treatment.  I plan to optimize her with ketone esters, alka-seltzer gold  and whatever else I can do to improve autophagy.  I’m new to peptides, so would like to refer for her ALS.  Ideas?  Thanks.

    Hi Susan,

Where is your ALS patient located?  I’ve had clinical success with my ALS patients with a combination of peptides, exosomes, constitutional homeopathy, IV therapy and specific nutraceutical therapy.  I’d be happy to consult with her.

    Best regards,

    Mitch Fleisher, M.D., D.Ht., D.A.B.F.M.

    Hi Mitch,

The patient is located near me in Southern California.  I’m in Long  Beach.  I am going to work on hormones and other measures that have been successful for neuropathic pain with her burning mouth syndrome.  I also use low dose naltrexone, ARA 290, oxytocin nasal spry.  I may try ketamine nasal spray if  intractable pain.  I would be happy to work with you if you think any of these would be problematic in treating ALS. How should I arrange for her to contact you?

    Hi Susan,

I’d be happy to help with her care.  She can call my office at (434) 361-1896 to schedule a phone consultation.  Please direct her to our website, http://www.cirm1.org, and ask her to complete the patient registration form, https://www.cirm1.org/forms.

She would benefit from constitutional homeopathic medical therapy, as have my other ALS patients.  She may begin answering the questionnaire at https://1ba5196e-fc90-4190-8d7b-172484c10a85.filesusr.com/ugd/183f24_38e1d63ebc0c46aba6353c7961f42ab8.pdf

    Best, Mitch

Hello,   My name is Dr. Phil Yoo

I am curious if the burning mouth patient ever got relief?   I had a patient who had dry mouth syndrome and his saliva immediately returned after injecting exosomes orally which most likely restored normal 9th glossopharyngeal cranial nerve function, which happens to be the nerve that innercvates the posterior tongue so if her burning is in the rear tongue and throught, this procedure may help her as well.   If the burning is in the anterior tongue, or the lips, than that it is most likely the facial nerve which can also be injected.  Trigeminal nerve can also be targeted orally.

We are down the road from you in Garden Grove off the 22 Long  Beach freeway so let me know if you would like to discuss her case but I hope you guys figured it out already.

Do you mind sharing some of the different modalities you use and why.

I use a combination of peptides, exosomes, constitutional homeopathy, IV therapy and specific nutraceutical therapy that is individualized to the patient.
