I attended, virtually, the IV Therapy conference this last week.  Without doing research I recommended to someone they look into Bulk Supplements to get the amino acids for the drink as recommended by Dr. Seeds.

When I went to order myself I got this warning:

WARNING: This product can expose you to lead, which is known to the State of California to cause cancer, birth defects or other reproductive harm.  For more information go to http://www.P65Warnings.ca.gov.

I will need to call the company to determine if there is lead in this and other products of theirs.

Have any of you done research on this company?  Thought others would like to know.

Thank you for bringing attention to this. Are there any other companies that others would suggest?

I prefer to steer away from Prop65 warning items.

We are working on formulating the amino drink so that we no longer have to buy each amino acid and creatine separately. Will be about 3 months before its available.

The P65 warning has to go on any supplement shipped to California.  Even if the level has no observable effect they still have to put it on everything including furniture, hotels, and buildings.

Even if its 1/1000 of the observable effect it still has to go on a label. So essentially just about anything shipped to California is required to have it.

“Chemicals known to cause birth defects or other reproductive harm, undergo thorough research to determine the level at which the chemical poses no threat to humans or animals . This level is known as the “no observable effect level”. Out of an abundance of caution, Prop 65 divides this level by 1,000 to ensure an adequate margin of safety. In other words, a warning label is required if the product contains more than 1/1000th of the “no observable effect level” for a particular chemical known to cause other reproductive harm and birth defects. I thought that if the product meets or is below the safe harbor level, then the Prop 65 warning label is not needed.

I could be misunderstanding the codes here. Maybe it is best if I call you, unless you feel inclined to further clarify here.

    Thanks Leonard!

I am not an expert on the matter. I got the info I posted here https://fullscript.com/blog/proposition-65?ckc=granted

I personally and professionally stay way from any products produced or partially produced in or from China.
