As those of you who know me know; while I am passionate about medicine, I have not always given this same attention to my own quality of life while running my practice.
Clearly, I am needing to work on giving up some of the control of the running of my practice. As such, I am ready to let some of my very capable employees take over some of the many jobs that I felt that only I could do.
Baby steps.
But as I am working on doing this, I realize that I do not have a platform for communication of jobs that need doing and updates on them, nor a process for messaging back and forth between a handful of people about these chores/assignments/jobs. There needs to be a way to update each other about what is done and what still needs doing that doesn’t require me talking to each person, or creating new emails daily, etc. It seems to me impossible that no one has created “an app for that” yet.
Do any of you have ideas, systems, apps, or platforms that help you manage this kind of communication/organization in your own practices?
