Hi, I’ve been looking around the forum recently for dosing of AOD/HA for knees, but have only seen it for the combination AOD/HA product that seems to be hard to find – at least by trusted pharmacies that can ship to my state. So my only option at this time appears to be to order these separately.

The 2015 rabbit AOD/HA study that is frequently referenced here used 0.25mg of AOD and 6mg HA: https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/26275694/

    1. Is the dose in the study (0.25mg AOD + 6mg HA) the same dose that most are using successfully in clinical practice?
    2. Has anyone had experience using the GH equivalent (3mg) + HA in lieu of AOD? If so, would you share your thoughts/results with GH + HA compared to AOD + HA?

    In gratitude,

I have a pain management doctor ask me about AOD in the joint. Todd has a great question;  has anyone used AOD alone and injected Synvisc separately?
