We would really appreciate any recommendations. Could we use pentosan polysulfate?

Depending upon the severity of the labrum tear, I’ve found that a course of intra-articular injections of a mixture of AOD+HA, BPC-157 and hGH over several months can be clinically effective.

Thank Dr. Fleisher @Mitchell Fleisher, what doses, frequency, and length of treatment on the peptides? And when you mean HGH, are you talking about any GH peptide or real HGH? I really appreciate your input and recommendations, and thank you for your time.

why not consider stem cell injection, although expensive.

    perhaps add bpc 157 locally

Any thoughts on obtaining Hyaluronic acid in conjunction with AOD for injections for knee osteoarthritis.  Tailor made no longer has it.
