Best Scalp Psoriasis Rx while removing all inflammatory triggers?

Trust this finds you well. I have a new patient who we just started working with.  We always start foundationally: diet, nutrients, then microbiome/gut health and then toxins. Supporting all the rest along the way: sleep stress, hormones, prior trauma etc.

For scalp psoriasis, even with removing triggers, I have some patients who still have lesions which can be distressing.

While addressing all the underlying, what have you seen move the needle the most. I see Nubio has a couple formulations with GHK Thymulin and Zinc.

I recommend the following for scalp psoriasis:

Pentosan 25 mg po once or twice daily

BPC-157+KPV cream applied BID (from PureRx)

Astaxanthol 3 capsules po BID (from PGL, 800-527-9512, order #7876)

Avoid all gluten, pasteurized dairy and processed foods
