    Hello,

I am currently working on the Peptides course.  I run a primary care and weight loss clinic.  I have a rather healthy 50 yo female who is on semaglutide hoping to lose about 100 lbs.  She fractured her ankle last week and I’m looking at a way to help her recover faster.  She is perimenopausal with otherwise a little HTN but is what I consider healthy.  She’s an NP and is just starting a home health company and I’d like to get her back to going as fast as possible.  What are other’s experiences utilizing BPC 157 in these situations ?

    Thank you

This is my protocol for a severe ankle dislocation. Might be overkill for your patient but you can lower the doses if needed

You can inject BPC in the thigh if you can’t reach site but get as close as possible to ankle. For acute injury 25 units TID or the oral is 500 mg TID (I believe-I only use sq). I do that for 6 weeks then dropped to 25 units BID for another 6 weeks.

I would also use TB4 50 units BID. If you can add TA1 50 units BID if you have it and CJC/IPA TID or just the IPA.  I also used GHK-Cu 20 units qd.
