Hello all, new member to SSRP here.  Limited experience w/ peptides at this point, but getting great results universally in all patients I’ve prescribed to.  Question:  Has anyone used BPC-157 (or any other peptide) for chronic anal fissures?  I have found BPC-157 in suppository form, and the pharmacist I spoke to suggested starting with the 1mg dose.  Should this be used daily and if so for how long?  I don’t see much about this in the peptide protocol notes I have, so any insight would be greatly appreciated.

Anal Fissure – only subQ – injection. It doesn’t have to be in the anal fissure area with BPC-157 you don’t need to use a suppository – you don’t need a gram its a lot. Is there a downside to that much? No. Suppository – it could potentially work there is a potential but we don’t need to put it directly there. Let us know how it goes.
