We know kisspeptin signals the hypothalamus to release gonadotropin realizing hormone (GNRH) which signals LH & FSH. SO would that be a problem to use Kisspeptin instead of clomiphene?

I just used with an older patient with clomid, I did 200 mcg on day 2 and day 5-9 of  clomid and then again 300 mcg with follicle size of 1.5 cm for oocyte maturation.  No protocol,  this was based on my thoughts as GnRH and 20 years of ob/gyn practice…   Waiting for results of hopeful positive pregnancy test in about 10 days…  I did not find much out there and Dr Seeds mentioned some fertility upcoming protocols…

Thank you for this answer, but this still does not answer the question if you can take these 2 peptides concomitantly.

yes, monitor ovaries with ultrasound for hyperstimulation and see her response plus measure the lining of uterus to make sure it is responding with at least 8 mm thickness.

Kisspeptin 54 and Kisspeptin 12 or 15? There is a 50/50 chance this will work on protecting testicular size. We think this can be more effective in bringing back LH. The clomiphene has more success in bringing this back. There has been some success but it’s not as predictable. It works best in younger person utilizing androgen type of drugs that maintain testicular size Kisspeptin may work really well, but once the process has occurred, the clomiphene will be better observed.
iF IT was kisspeptin 54 it would be better but we have Kisspeptin 10
