De Quervain tenosynovitis

I have patient with De Quervain tenosynovitis in the left hand .  She has seen and tried test, physical therapy , etc .   Does anyone have a suggestion ?   I was thinking to try BCP 157

You can inject BPC-157, TB4 and a small amount of Triamcinolone acetate SQ once adjacent to the tendon sheath, and have the patient apply KPV Lipodermal Cream BID.  Reassess response in 3-4 weeks.

@asapanmdgmail-com If you are reluctant to use steroids by tendons (for good reason), you could also even just use normal saline into the tendon sheath. We see this problem frequently on ultrasound, and “hydro-dissection” or treatment of the adhesed tendon sheath with a single normal saline typically works great.
