    Hi everyone,

Need input from the masterminds on peptide dosing for BPC157/TB500. I have a cousin 41 year old male active duty army who injured his right distal biceps tendon with moderate high grade partial tear and will be going for surgery on 11/18. He had left distal biceps tendon full tear repaired surgically in 2022 and left VMO quad tear in 2024. And been on TRT since 2018 with anastrozole to keep estrogen in checked. Seems to be susceptible to tendon injuries. Otherwise healthy overall.

He went to see regenerative ortho clinic nearby his work and got prescribed 2500mcg BPC/625 mcg TB500 sq 3x per week. He was given the medication combined in single insulin syringes. Looks like 4:1 ratio of BPC/TB500.

Any thoughts on the dosing? He’s been doing this for 4 weeks total so far.

I see the recommendation to be injected around injury site which is going to be difficult as he’ll be on a splint for few weeks after surgery.

Any thoughts on Wharton jelly vs amniotic fluid treatments?

    Thanks everybody!

To help prevent and repair tendon injuries, I recommend the following:

BPC-157 0.25 ml SQ QAM for 6-8 weeks until healed

TB4 0.25 ml SQ QAM for 6-8 weeks until healed

Homeopathic Ruta graveolens 6C potency, 10 pellets dissolved in 1 oz. of 87.5% ethanol in water, succuss (vigorously shake) bottle 5 times before each dose, taken 2 drops on tongue twice daily until injury is healed.

QB-Zyme Pro 3 capsules twice daily for prevention, and 3 capsules every 4 hours for acute injury; from PGL (800) 527-9512, order #7876.

Multi Collagen Protein (Ancient Nutrition) 1-2 scoops twice daily in drink; from Fullscript.

    Thank you Dr Fleisher!

For both peptides, what would the dose be in milligram?

Most good U.S. pharmacies, e.g.,  NuBioAge Progress Pharmacy, etc., supply BPC-157 and TB4 in 5 ml vials with 3,000 mcg/ml.

Got it! I’m new in the peptide realm and it is very difficult to find reputable pharmacies.

    Thank you Dr Fleisher

Many of these compounding pharmacies compound oral forms of BPC157 which is better suited for GI purposes including NuBio. No injectables. Research use compounds with up to date COA, purity and endotoxin report should be fine?

It’s not that hard to find reputable pharmacies that make these products. Don’t use the lower quality research compounds, I’ve seen plenty of COA’s that are sub par and most of the so called 3rd party labs aren’t accredited. Reach out to me if you need help.

Thanks Dr Bird. I can’t send direct message in here it seems. But I guess the concern with research labs is they might falsify their records. I found research labs alpha bio meds that cater to providers only. It’s interesting as they are not compounding pharmacy. Any thoughts on this?
