I believe I posted this in the wrong area. Reposting here.

I have a 47yo male client who has come to my clinic seeking metabolic health with the goal of reversing his fatty liver disease and healing his duodenal ulcer. He would also like to lose weight and be able to keep it off. Other than his medical issues he is physically active, enjoys a good quality of life, and is able to do all of the things that he wants to do. He is realizing that if he does not work on correcting his medical issue that his helathspan prognosis is not good.

I am going to run a Metabolomics and GI Effects tests and would like to add peptide therapy to his care plan which I want to start immedeatly. I would appreciate any feedback in regard to my plan for this client. I do wonder if he would benefit more for oral or SQ BPC/KPV?

Health Hx: Diagnosed with duodenal ulcer in 2008 (after he almost bled to death), cholecystectomy, otherwise unremarkable.

Medications: losartin, Wellbutrin, setraline, pantoprazole, Naltrexone, pravastatin, ketamine

Work up done 10/22/25: Upper GI Endoscopy found benign esophageal stenosis, erythematous mucosa in antrum biopsy, non-bleeding duodenal ulcer, non-bleeding and no stigmata of bleeding. Acquired duodenal stenosis. Pathology report stated negative for HPylori, negative for intestinal meta/dysplasia or malignancy.  A1c, 5.7, Ferritin, 27, Iron, 178, Ceruloplamsin, 26, CRP, 6, AlkPhos, 122, ALT, 88, GGT, 200, PT/INR WNL, negative for acute hepatitis, negative mitochondiral IgG, tissue transglutaminas IgA 1.02 (WNL), FIBRO SCAN, S3/70/K75.81 with hand written note, “reversible with diet and exercise”.

Diagnosis: Chronic inflammation, dysbiosis, metabolic inflexibility

Plan of Care: Improve metabolic flexibility, balance nutrient networks, improve mitochondrial redox, balance gut micro biome, restore gut mucosal integrity.

    Metabolicmis test and correction protocol

GI Effects test and correction protocol

Peptides: BPC-157, KPV, and TA-1 to start immediately

    Thank you for your input.
