I have a patient developing fibrotic nodules along the flexor digitorum profundus of the hand. Looks and feels like Dupuytren’s Contractuure. Any peptide suggestions?

    Thank you.

I’ve found that the following procedure works well:

Inject each fibrotic nodule with a combination of BPC-157 0.2 ml, TB4 0.1 ml and 0.2 ml of Triamcinolone acetonide (40 mg/ml) after local anesthesia with 2% lidocaine.

Inject 0.25 ml of PPS SQ in the distal forearm a few cm. from the wrist crease.  Apply KPV cream (2mg/ml) to the lesions twice daily.

Reassess after 4 to 6 weeks and consider another course of treatment as indicated.

Thanks Dr Fleisher for that excellent protocol! I think that has a great chance of helping this patient. I have also had very good success with PPS.

Amy keeps us in the loop on how the patient does.

    Hello, @doctorhfcnmc-com!

Just double checking that you saw Dr. Fleisher’s and Dr. Wusterhausen’s responses 🙂
