Early Sjogrens antibodies

Any advice for a 45 year old F with early Sjogrens antibodies (Parotid specific IgA elevated and carbonic anhydrase antibodies IgM and IgA elevated) as well as a positive ANA? No symptoms of Sjogren’s. Celiac Panel by blood negative. She tried a 3 month gluten free diet anyway along with completing a course of Larazotide and several months of LDN. ANA titer going up on recheck. TA-1 tried but caused unwanted skin markings when given 5/7 days a week. Vibrant Gut Zoomer completed and necessary corrections made. TIA!
