ebv lymphoproliferative disorder

Thirty Three year old male, internal medicine doctor, with diagnosis of ebv lymphoproliferative disorder. Pcr ebv counts contolled under 1000 with rituxamab and thymosin alpha one until recently. He has been told he can not have anymore rituxamab. Pet scan  positive  with enlarged spleen.  He is under care of oncologists. Past medical history sig for hodgekins lymphoma, autologous stem cell transplant, psoriasis, nodular regenerative hyperplasia of liver, transposition of the great vessels with arterial switch and pulmonary artery stent. He is asymptomatic. Last Ebv count was 15000. Does anyone have any experience with getting ebv count down?
