Gastroperisis

I know there’s a lot of speculation about semaglutide causing gastroperisis.  What is in it that would cause this?  My theory is that they have a poor mineral supply and digestive issues to begin with and that their program isn’t being well managed by their professional.  Is there anything in the sequence that actually would cause the nerve damage?
