I have used GHK-Cu topically for hair regrowth with moderate success for patients. I have not used it as an injectable for that treatment and would like to know if anyone has, and if so, did you have better results than the topical?
Thank you, in advance, for your help and support.

October 22, 2021 at 8:54 pm #31199I have seen success in combination with zinc thymulin, PTD-DMB, and valproate.
Protocol from attached picture was:
TA-1 50 units twice weekly
GHK-Cu/Zinc Thymulin Shampoo daily with scalp exfoliator
PTD-DMB Foam at bedtime in areas of needed hair growth followed by derma roller then
Valproate/Latanoprost solution 1-2 MLS in affected area.
Topical Peptides for Hair Growth
- PTD-DMP
- Valproate (works synergistically with PTD-DMB)
- GHK-Cu
- Zinc Thymulin
Clinical Research
PTD-DMP 0.01%
- Activation of the Wnt/B-catenin pathway rescues the DHT-induced suppression of the hair follicle. (7)
- Wnt-pathway has been shown to not only speed up hair growth but create whole new hair follicles
- Co-treatment with PTD-DBM and Valproate enhanced hair regrowth much more efficiently than treatment with minoxidil alone. (7)
Valproate:
- Wnt/B-catenin pathway Activator
- Synergistic effects when combined with PTD-DMP(7)
- Promotes human hair follicle cell proliferation (8)
Latanoprost
- recruits new hairs into the growth phase. (9)
- Significantly increased vellus and terminal hair density at 24 weeks compared with baseline and placebo treated area. (9)
CHK-Cu
- Increases hair growth and thickness. (6)
- Enlarges hair follicle size. (6)
- No rebound effect as seen with minoxidil
- Stimulates proliferation of dermal fibroblasts. (6)
Zinc Thymulin
- Topical applications demonstrated safety and efficacy for initiating and maintaining anagen (the active growth phase of a hair follicle) when applied for greater than 6 months. (1)
- Studies have shown significantly less zinc and copper in the hair alopecia patients. (3)
- Zinc-Thymulin showed a significant increase number of intermediate hairs that had progressed from the absent hair stage indicating widespread hair follicle activation. (1)

November 30, 2021 at 6:05 pm #31201Hey @leonard-pastranagmail-com thank you for that great protocol and response!
February 17, 2022 at 12:10 pm #31202Thank you for this information! Also any idea how to reduce burning sensation of GHK-cu when injecting? Can you dilute with more bacteriostatic water? Or is there a better way?
Thank you!

November 25, 2022 at 3:00 pm #31204also included TB-4 25 IUS – twice a week
TA-1 and TB4 was for 8 weeks
After 8 weeks cycle to half this dosing
Also include calcium-magnesium-butyrate working up to 6 pills daily
May 10, 2023 at 6:08 pm #31205Great information! What is the dose in mcg or grams of the TB4 and TA1?
I didn’t see the mg if the vile or dilution.
Thank you! -
