As I work with CJC/ipa and other peptides I’m seeing some of the nuances with them. One question I have about GHRH/GHRP and specifically CJC/ipa is the cycling in it/them. What are the ranges for this? I’ve seen the 6 weeks on/6 weeks off as the main cycling period but can/does anyone do it differently? Is 8 weeks on 4 weeks off too much? Since the receptors are saturatable, is the idea of downregulating them not as big of an issues as with GH?

Asking because as I experiment with these, I noticed that personal gains with CJC/ipa while doing HIIT/IF are being lost during the 6 weeks off phase and not sure if this is typical. I want to be as safe as possible but not overly cautious and loosing some of the effects/benefits from them. Thoughts?

    Thanks

Using CJC/IPA in a 5 out of 7 day cycle is essentially intermittent use.   Approximately one week per month (2 consecutive weekend days per week x 4 weeks = 8 days)  there is a “holiday” from use.  This should be enough to prevent desensitization.  The GHRP component will work against somastatin effect.    The point being do not go off for 6 or 8 weeks but just cycle off on weekends.

I have been using the 5 days on 2 days off routine continuously in several patients with no apparent loss of efficacy including in amateur body building nontesting competitions in 70 year olds without apparent loss of efficacy. I would agree based on a small sample that desensitization is not a problem with this regimen.

    Very helpful.

Thanks for the insight. Could this logic be applied to TB-4, where it is used ‘continuously’ during M-F but off on weekends? since in effect over a 3 month time frame the patient would be off 30 days out of 90?  This actually might help with compliance and keeping protocols more similar.
