GLP-1 and infertility

Hello,

I have a 40 yo female, 50-60 pounds over weight, hx of ovarian cyst requiring surgery in remote past, s/p fibroidectomy 2 years ago and is actively going through infertility.  She has had 2 failed rounds and is currently taking 2 months off.

Would GLP-1 for weight loss and infertility be appropriate to help her ?  Also is 5-Amino 1MQ for weight loss safe in this case?

She is really desperate to get some help but I am very cautious dealing with someone trying to get pregnant and don’t have any experience dealing with this.

 

I have used  5-Amino 1MQ on a number of other patients for energy and weight loss and have great results without any side effects.
