Glycine Supplementation for Anxiety and Sleep

    At IV certification course, Dr. Seeds mentioned using glycine for sleep and anxiety. I am interested in the dose and route. I thought he mentioned 3gms but I wanted to verify. He mentioned he has patients put it in their cheek. Where does he get this from?

    It was 3 grams. I get the powder from bulk supplements and mix it with 6 ounces of water at bedtime. I have seen improvements in my sleep metrics.
