Hyperkeratosis yaw (palmar)

Hello All!

I have a 9y/o male with hyperkeratosis yaw (palmar) on his right hand.  He has had this since birth.  He has been prescribed a topical steroid cream which has helped it improve but his mother is reluctant to continue with this medication.   Do you think topical BPC is a good next step for this 9y/o?

I recommend that you give a several week trial to BPC-157/GHK-Cu (2 mg/ml) cream BID.

I’ve seen this work on some obstinate chronic dermatoses.
