In what situations would you feel that NAD would be appropriate.

Plenty of folks document that after NAD injection, they feel a sense of clarity and relief of brain fog, but others with minimal effect.  My thought is that those who feel the benefit immediately may be more deficient and are good candidates in need of NAD supplementation; however, those who have minimal benefit may be those who need to avoid it and are more likely to have harm done by affecting the redux potential, increasing reactive oxygen species, epigenetic changes as discussed in the video.  What are your thoughts Dr. Seeds.

Is there any way to assess patients and decide who may be good candidates?

It does definitely have a role in addiction Medicine
