Intracellular and extracellular NAD

Hello,

During 8/1 Q&A session Dr Seeds mentioned that NAD+ given as a supplement can strengthen senescent cells and therefor promote inflammation in the body. In my practice I use IV NAD + for extracellular NAD support and oral NMN for intracellular NAD support. My question: which route of NAD support fuels senescent cells?
