keto Esters

What brand of Keto Esters are you using.  I’ve been researching brands and tried one from metagenics, but it is a powder you mix in 12 oz of water and taste horrible.

@jnwlovemomyahoo-com Those are most likely not ketone esters but ketone salts. We use the ketone ester KetoneAid. They are listed on the trusted sources page. Most people can’t handle the taste but it is worth it in my opinion.

Elizabeth recommended using 10 ml 3-4 times per day.  The 36 pack gives you 2160 ml.  At 10 ml TID that would be 900 ml so for $899 you can have a 2 months supply that is for Long haul.

 

2 questions:

1 Has anyone seen benefits with lower dosing?
2. If the taste is that bad maybe the patients should start with 1 bottle to see if they can tolerate it? And or any other thoughts on improving the taste?
