Working on Getting KPV confirming that the best method of delivery for KPV is SC.

The Pharmacist I am speaking with notes they can get from an FDA approved source in oral and Topical..  so wondering about the SC from tailormade if its ok?

    Thank you,

    Pam

    Hi, Pam,

I have used KPV 0.25 ml sq (qd or bid) mixed with 0.01 ml 2% Procaine, on advice of Mitchell Fleisher,  MD, (Procaine helps because KPV shot really stings) for hip OA pain, in addition to the CJC 1295/Ipamorelin, BPC oral & TA-1  I have Rx’d for my 66 yo female patient.  KPV has really helped the pain and she has some improved ROM of the joint int/ext rotation.

My Rx source is TailorMade.  Pure Pharmacy also carries it.

Oral KPV works just fine. I had a patient under severe stress as she lost her sister suddenly . 20 yrs ago she had interstitial cystitis and it reoccurred. She was on 2 KPV oral caps at night and after 3 weeks never had another symptom. I could have had her take it twice a day but it wasn’t necessary. Everyone is different. She had been on BPC-157 for 2 months.
