What is the dosing for Larazotide in a pediatric patient, age 2? Cynthia Keller presented at the conference on a patient I am having similar challenges with and was looking for dosing on Larazotide and Lactulose that she dosed in the patient she referenced as “Ben.”  Where are people sourcing Larazotide?  Would love any thoughts!

You can get larazotide through nuBioAge.
you can register here with special SSRP pricing. https://www.nubioage.com/new-account-area/forms/ssrp/email-form/

Typical adult dose is 0.5mg 2-3 times daily. I don’t think we have any information on ped dosing.

Is there any updated on dosing for the larazotide in the pediatric population? I have a 2y/o and 3y/o that could benefit from a trial of this.

    Thank you
