Hi all

Does anyone have a recommendation for the best NMES devices for muscle stim post injury etc. as Dr. S discussed in the body repair course? Which one did he have and use?

Dr Seeds uses the Compex line. I have one as well. It is the Sports Elite Model. I use it regularly, as an add on to training and for rehabilitation purposes.
