    Hello,

Still a newbie here. I have a young, healthy client with an exercise-induced low back injury over 5 years ago, told likely it was a deep muscle tear. He has tried myofascial release and dry needling in the past with limited success. Now interested in peptides for healing. We discussed a protocol using BPC-157 and TB4-frag. Due to cost, he may want to only use one or one at a time. Any input on which of these would be preferred (or any other suggestions) if we had to go with only one? Or preferred order if we were to stack them.

    Thank you!!!!

Add some IGF-1 LR3 50mcg to the mix and your recovery should go great.

Typically, when I hear a patient state any (back, shoulder, neck…)injury due to and secondary to performing an exercise, I’m typically suspicious of:

    1. Improper form.
    2. Excessive weight.
    3. Reduced flexibility in said joint/bodypart.
    4. or a combination of all the above.
    5. We know all the benefits of resistance training for all the different systems in the body. And we know the extensive research on resistance exercise and lower back health/strength/stability. I’d be interested to rule out if your patient has the typical 9-5 job sitting behind a desk??  If so, he/she is a prime candidate for injury at the gym (especially if trying to perform strength exercises). I’d recommend addressing the above first….. then, injecting for more efficacious outcomes. He/she may need a strength and conditioning coach (much different than a trainer). I’ve had soooooo many of these in my clinic and improving their flexibility/mobility 1st is HUGE.

You may also try the following for relief of deep muscular trauma:

KPV Lipodermal Cream (from PureRx) applied every 4 hours after moist hot compresses

Zechstein Magnesium Oil Spray applied every 4 hours after moist hot compresses

Thankful for all the insight!! Yes, he is a website developer so sits at a computer 9-5.

I will suggest a strength and conditioning coach ASAP and price out the IGF-1 LR3 and KPV.

    You are very welcome.

In my past life (haha), I was the strength and conditioning coach for the farm team for the Los Angeles Kings and later got picked up by the US Olympic team to improve performance.

The number ONE thing the medical team made sure of before ANY of the athletes performed ANY strength training exercises was that everyone had proper flexibility before starting any program. To exactly prevent the above.
