Hi everyone.  I treat burning mouth syndrome which is a chronic neuropathic pain condition.  Two patients had complete resolution of their pain (temporarily) during Covid infections.  Research shows a pathway by which Covid dampens pain.  This paper explains the pathway:  The paper, “SARS-CoV-2 Spike protein co-opts VEGF-A/Neuropilin-1 receptor signaling to induce analgesia,” will be published in PAIN, the journal of the International Association for the Study of Pain. Does anyone know of a peptide that will block the VEGF-A/Neuropilin-1 receptor ?  Apparently big pharma is working on it but I can’t find any clues as to which peptides they are working on.  Any ideas would be welcomed.  Thank you.
