Any idea on how to mitigate painful PPS injections subcutaneously? Is this uncommon? I have had a had time finding any information relating to this. Rx from NuBioAge.

    Thanks

    Hi @stefaniemageehotmail-com

I will let @leonard-pastranagmail-com chime in as the expert but my experience is that there are spots that hurt and spots that don’t. So try different area. Usually need an area where the skin is denser so not the belly but upper glute, outer thigh better. Also reduce the volume you are injecting into one spot so put half on one side and half on the other. Be sure you are deep subq not too superficial.
