    A great question from @pamelahughesdogmail-com

44 yo male, hx of Desmoid bladder cancers X 2, has had Radiation.. no recurrence in 15 years. But has ileoconduit/urostomy. Chronic Diarrhea with Blastocystitis coming up very high recently, (treating this). He has Significant ADHD, Memory loss, OCD, Erratic moods, Progressive neuropathy upper extremities, binging, etc. w/u with Lyme, Bartonella and heavy mold. He was sick at 27 yo from a tick bite (very sick). he even had 2 lyme vaccines before they were taken off the market! many symptoms started after these 2 events (tick bite and lyme vaccines).. I want to get after his brain as his wife is ready to leave with their 2 kids.. No stress there.. That said.. he is a high functioning CEO of his company… etc and all that is struggling too.. I have him on supplements, did his genomics and optimizing low B12, D, etc.. Diet is good.. etc. Peptides at this point that you all think would be safe and effective. BPC 157 is on board.. Would the TA1 and TB4 do enough? how would you dose it? What else? His sleep is likely with Apnea, wife notes snoring. getting that and an MRI for Cervical stenosis given chronic neck pain and the progressive hand weakness.
