Pentosan Polysulfate

Greetings Everyone!

During Dr Seeds’ office hours on 15 November, he mentioned using pentosan polysulfate for stable chronic kidney disease.  I have patient on a very limited income and would like try pentosan polysulfate for her.    Does anyone have any thoughts on using the oral formulation available through the “regular pharmacies” and the dosing protocol?
