    where can source Pentosan Polysulfate for injection??  Is IM better than subcutaneous?? My pharmacy does not have it and I can only seem to find on veterinary pharms….

    I get my pentosan polysulfate from Pure Pharmacy. It is only 125mg/ml vs 250mg/ml. I prefer IM over SQ due to the bruising it causes on me. I have lots of patients on this and they all prefer it IM as well.

    I see a nasal spray formulation at a few sources. Has anyone had any success or knowledge on efficacy on the Pentosan nasal for patients averse to injections?
